What Makes Us Special?
Academic Excellence
You’ll learn from amazing faculty who have master’s degrees and doctorates – and they’re nationally recognized too! These are more than teachers; they’re researchers who publish their work in top academic journals, so you’re getting the latest insights right in your classroom. Plus, you’ll get to jump into research projects that most students don’t experience until college, and you can take dual credit classes, Advanced Placement courses, and other college-level options, including the Indiana College Core. It’s like getting college experience while still in high school!
Save Money with Dual Credit
We offer up to 150 dual credit hours in almost 40 courses with Ball State University and Ivy Tech. On average our students graduate with 22 college credits. You’ll graduate with an official college transcript that transfers anywhere Ball State and Ivy Tech credit is accepted!
Beyond the Classroom
- Athletics: Combined with Burris Laboratory School (a K-12 public school run by Ball State University), for IHSAA sports
- 50+ Clubs: From academic competitions to hobby groups
- Student Life: Build lifelong friendships in a supportive community
