AP Summer Institute Lodging
On-Campus Housing
For a flat fee of $280, you can stay in a single-accommodation room in a Ball State University residence hall with afternoon check-in on Sunday and check-out Thursday morning. The halls are beautiful, inside and out. All rooms are air-conditioned with semi-private baths. Coin-operated laundry facilities can be found in the residence halls. The residence halls offer an exercise facility, and you can purchase a pass to use it. The hall is about a 10-minute walk from the classroom. Parking is available near the residence hall, but keep in mind that parking can be a challenge on any university campus. Beds in the rooms are extra-long twin. Linens are provided, though guests may prefer to bring their own.
Participants who wish to bring family members with them will need to explore other options such as a hotel.
Local Hotels
While you’re free to stay wherever you want, we have arranged discounts with these local and conviently located hotels. If you choose to stay in a hotel, you will pay them directly (not the Indiana Academy or our APSI) for your lodging.
