Registration Fees

The registration cost of $695 (increases to $795 after June 30, 2022) includes all College Board and workshop materials, parking pass, and a meal card for daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and snacks) to be used at available campus dining locations.

Single-accommodation rooms in our residence hall are available Sunday through Wednesday night for an additional $280 (includes all applicable taxes and fees.) You may also arrange and provide for your own accommodations. Please visit the Lodging ​page for more details and possible discounts.

Registration closes on July 11, 2022. Please contact us at 1-800-316-3163 ext 2 or if circumstances require you to register after this date.

Payment Policy

Payment in full by check, credit card, or school purchase order on file is required no later than July 1, 2022 to hold the participant’s seat in the workshop.

Scholarship Information

Each year, the College Board offers a limited number of scholarships toward APSI tuition. These College Board scholarships are open to all AP teachers teaching at schools that meet specific demographic criteria. Please note your College Board scholarship when registering so we can provide you with further details on what to submit to us.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations must be requested by email and are subject to a $100 cancellation fee if sent after June 1st. Payment in full is expected for any cancellations requested after July 1, 2022. Credit card refunds may be subject to an additional 5% non-refundable fee. There is a $50 fee for all returned checks.
